Datar Cancer Genetics is a molecular genetic laboratory processing tissue and blood samples for the purpose of generating reports that may aid detection, diagnosis, and treatments. In terms of the Act, Datar Cancer Genetics, Guildford, UK (Registration No. 12211790 as well as Datar Cancer Genetics, Nasik, India (Registration No. U01110MH1992PTC067409) are the Data Processors and we received from the data controllers. Personal details shared with us would include details like name, age gender, address, contact data, and medical information such as clinical history, diagnosis, medical reports, etc. as necessary for the analysis preparation of the report.

Use of the data: The personal details shared with us as data processors are used to processing the provided sample for the ordered test and report the findings to your clinician and/or you on your request; and organize logistics, invoicing, and service delivery. We protect your data by keeping it in digital form and restricting access to authorized persons required to see it for the purpose of providing your report.
Data Retention: Personal data is required to be retained for a period of 30 years in compliance with various regulatory requirements.

Transfer of the personal data to an international organization: Your data will be accessed by Datar Cancer Genetics Private Limited F 8, D road, Ambad, Nashik 422010, India for the sole purpose of data analysis, as well as preparation of a report for the processed sample.

Your rights in respect of the data shared: You have the right to request through your data controller a copy of your personal data which Datar Cancer Genetics holds, to ask for any corrections in respect of the data if it is inaccurate, or to request that the data be erased where it is no longer necessary for Datar Cancer Genetics to retain such data.
